Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of CEO Administrative Assistant.
The role involves assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a wide range of tasks, including:
Key Duties
- Managing an active calendar of appointments.
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and all related correspondence.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
- Responding to email inquiries, directing requests, and providing basic company information.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
- Able to organize and manage large volumes of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
- Self-directed and able to work independently without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient with computers, especially MS Office.
