    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of CEO Administrative Assistant.

    The role involves assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a wide range of tasks, including:

    Key Duties

    • Managing an active calendar of appointments.
    • Arranging travel, accommodation, and all related correspondence.
    • Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
    • Responding to email inquiries, directing requests, and providing basic company information.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
    • Able to organize and manage large volumes of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
    • Self-directed and able to work independently without supervision.
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
    • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficient with computers, especially MS Office.
