    The DCS Coordinator will be responsible for the management and operation of the Departure Control System (DCS). This role includes ensuring the system's smooth functioning, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in airline operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Departure Control System (DCS) at the airport.
    • Coordinate with airlines, and other stakeholders to optimize DCS functionality.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the DCS in a timely manner.
    • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Train and support airport staff on the proper use of the DCS system.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including system procedures and user guides.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DCS technology.
    • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience working with airline departure control systems.
    • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of various DCS.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with specific DCS platforms such as Amadeus Altea, Iport, or similar.
    • Certification in relevant DCS or aviation fields.
