Description
As a traffic officer, you will assist in boarding passengers onto departing aircraft. Your responsibilities include preparing all necessary flight clearance documents and coordinating with authorities like immigration, customs, and quarantine. You will set up the boarding gate, liaise with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer for VIP, PRM, and transit passengers, ensure passengers are ready for boarding on time, and oversee the boarding process while securing the gate area.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old with a bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. The ideal candidate can effectively work both independently and as part of a team under pressure, demonstrating the ability to learn and apply technical policies and regulations. Strong customer service skills, including phone and face-to-face interactions, are required. Flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and overtime during peak periods, is necessary.
