Description
The Admin Coordinator will assist in day to day tasks and activities related to project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides regular updates on project status and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure all operational project align with goals.
- Assists in researching and identifying new methods for investigations to improve process efficiency in operations, driving continuous improvements and optimization of workflows.
- Tracks project progress and flag any issues that occur to ensure timely resolution.
- Assists in building the Strategic Business Case (SBC) and Detailed Business Case (DBC), and track approval flow for Operational projects.
- Creates, updates and assists in the evaluation of project documents.
- Streamlines task management and monitor project milestones by utilizing task management tools.
- Provides administrative support, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and managing schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains thorough project documentation, including plans, and reports.
- Serves as the main point of contact, communicating project status to all stakeholders.
- Liaises with stakeholders on change management process adherence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Fluent in English with Arabic language skills an advantage.
- Demonstrable skills in the effective organisation and execution of multiple and complex administrative duties.
