    Aero Star Aviation Services is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Agent

    The Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to airline passengers during pre-flight procedures. This includes verifying travel documents, processing baggage, managing boarding operations, and ensuring a seamless passenger experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Verify passenger identification and travel documents, including passports, visas, and tickets.
    • Confirm flight reservations and assign seats based on passenger preferences and availability.
    • Issue boarding passes and baggage claim tags.
    • Collect baggage fees, if applicable.
    • Provide information on baggage allowances, security regulations, and travel advisories.
    • Handle special passenger requests such as wheelchair assistance and special meals.
    • Announce boarding calls and manage the boarding process efficiently.
    • Verify boarding passes and ensure accurate passenger counts.
    • Assist with seat assignments and resolve boarding-related issues.
    • Communicate with the flight crew regarding passenger details and special needs.
    • Ensure on-time departures by managing the boarding process effectively.
    • Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
    • Handle challenging passengers with tact and diplomacy.
    • Maintain a calm and professional attitude during stressful situations.
    • Follow all safety and security regulations.
    • Report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with airline and airport policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education: University graduate.
    • Age: Not exceeding 30 years.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Airlines and/or Ground Handling Agent roles.
    • Language Skills: Strong command of English, including speaking, writing, and reading.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
