Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Egypt is currently recruiting for a Training Administration Specialist to provide administrative support to training center management, technical trainer, non-technical trainer, and dealer participants.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Mercedes-Benz Academy/Center Internal Regulations
Act as the Management Assistant for the Training Senior Manager
Manage the maintenance and repairing process for the facility and equipment, in cooperation with the Facility department
Inspect premises interior and exterior of buildings, doors to check cleanliness, maintenance needs and security on a regular basis
Manage and document all records for the Training department
Maintain Manual Leave Records for colleagues who don’t have access to the Intranet
Ensure all ISO documentations are updated and ready
Arrange in-house events, visits and meetings
Assist expats with their accommodation, pick up as well as support during their visits to the Training department
Suppliers/Dealers’ Relations
Communicate with different suppliers to insure fluent Training process; printing agencies, stationary suppliers, tools, uniforms, etc.
Issue POs, follow up with suppliers and confirm the receiving on the ReQlogic
Prepare documentation, supervise and co-ordinate the work and contracts with the suppliers
Take Meeting-Minutes and follow up accordingly with both internal staff and externals (Suppliers and Dealers)
Issue and send official Invitation letters, attendance reports and certificates to the dealers and Daimler Global Training
Financial Assignments
Assist in preparation of the budgets for both the Training Center and the Training Academy in cooperation with the Training Senior Manager and the Planning and Controlling department
Calculate monthly training fees as per respective cost centers
Work closely with Facility, HR, Accounting, Procurement and Planning and Controlling departments
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field, from a reputable university
3-5 years of experience is required in related fields
Excellent command of the English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word-Excel-PowerPoint)
